My nipples hurt but I'm not pregnant?

I take the birth control seasonal and I have for 6 years I'm 22 and not pregnant I've done a home pregnancy test and had the dr do one and both were negative. I get my period 4 times a year and I'm not suppose to get it for another month...... What's the deal?! It's been a few days so far and drivin me crazy thanks
