I want to bring back some Herbal Incense from the US on my trip back, and wanted to know your thoughts.?

I want to bring some Herbal Incense back with me to the UAE. I will travel from Florida, and I will have two layovers, I stop in Atlanta and Amsterdam before reaching the UAE. I was thinking of storing my Herbal Incense in a DVD case in my check in bag, then seal the DVD with the little sticker seal that it originally comes with (the little white sticker on the top, bottom, and the side of the DVD case, that says the name of the DVD). I'm thinking when I do this it will seem a little less suspicious that I have herbal incense. Even though it isn't illegal I just want to be on the safe side. I was wondering though, would you think it is a smart idea or should i just forget about it? I also wanted to know would an x ray be able to spot the Herbal Incense even though it is in the DVD case, and i will wrap it in a bunch of t shirts and all??? Thank you.
