92 accord won't turn over?

My 92 accord will crank but won't turn over it has plenty of fuel pressure at the rail I tried to check the spark and didn't get one so I took off the caP and rotor and cleaned them up also checked the plugs and wires and everything is good but still nothin it all started while drivin the rpms dropped to 0 then it back fired and wouldn't start back up Please help
