15 and never kissed a guy. HELP!?

Im 15 and never been kissed. im not ugly. and ive had several boyfriends but none of them even tried to. even though all have complemented me regularly on my body. but recently 1 of my exes who ended up bein 1 of my rreally good friends was talkin to me and the subject of kissin and sex and oral came up. when i told him id never been kissed he asked if he could. i thought he was jokin and just laughed. then he was all like im serious and said that lookin at my mouth and toungue was drivin him crazzy. even thought i wanted him to really bad i said no. im really nervous but i dnt like him as more than a friend even though we flirt like crazzy and hes really hot and has like the perfect bod. whenever i think about bein with him like that it gets me all hot and bothered.lol. but beyond that i have feelins for him only as a friend. would it be wrong to let him kiss me?
